Exchanges & Returns

Any exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days upon receiving the item(s).

The item(s) must be in its original conditions received, packed in its original polymailer, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact). Please place the items in a secured polymailer with your name and order number indicated clearly at the front of the polymailer. 

Items that are strictly not eligible for exchanges and returns include sale/discounted items and items purchased using any discount codes.

For exchanges, kindly request for a refund by store credits, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits.

All exchange/returns requests (including defects) can only be requested by the original purchasing account.

Any exchanges/returns requests made from third parties will not be allowed. Only the original purchaser can make the request.

For returns, store credits will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account.

How long will my return be processed as store credits into my account? 

It will be processed within 5 business days after it has been received on our end. We do not provide refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. Store credits will be valid for 3 months from date of issue. 

What if I return an order that is not eligible for returns? 

Redelivery fees will be borne by you. Kindly note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed.  

What do you do when you receive a defective piece? 

Drop us an email at helloallroundsummer@gmail.com, stating your order number and attach an image of the defect clearly within 7 days from your date of receipt.
