You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALL ROUND SUMMER, along with its owners and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including legal fees) made by third parties that arise from your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Products, Pricing & Availability:

Our products are while stocks last and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy: Exchanges & Returns

We will try our best to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, due to individual screen resolution and display, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product Defects: 

Drop us an email at hello@allroundsummer.com, stating your order number and attach an image of the defect clearly within 7 days from your date of receipt. You may only arrange a return after receiving an email confirmation.

We strive for accuracy in our sizing, but please note that the actual measurements may vary by up to 0.5 inches from the listed sizes on our website. This is not considered a defect and refunds will not be allowed. 

Do not arrange for a return without prior approval on our end. Redelivery fees will be borne by you and shipping charges will not be reimbursed.  

Bounced Parcels:

We will reach out to you on the bounced/uncollected parcel. Redelivery fees will be borne by you and will not be reimbursed.
